DMCI Homes is a wholly owned subsidiary of DMCI Project Developers Inc that was founded by David M. Consuni in Manila, Philippines back in 1995. It’s currently chaired by Isidro A. Consunji and Alfredo R. Austria currently sits as it’s president.

DMCI Homes has a rich history of construction experience starting from 1999 when they first built the Lake View Manors. It was their first medium rise development at the time and it was in Taguig city.  From there it continued to develop the Hampstead Gardens Condominium, and continued to more projects such as the Mayfield Park Residences and the Alta Vista De Boracay, their first leisure residences project in Malay, Aklan.

As a construction business DMCI has been responsible for some very important infrastructure projects such as the SM Megamall, Solaire Resort and Casino, and the Asian Hospital.

DMCI projects have been given numerous awards and the brand itself was awarded as a trusted brand between 2012 and 2014 by Reader’s Digest, and also recognized as one of the top developers in the country by BCI.
