This project is for a very specific group of people, mostly investors, overseas workers and residents of the south (Paranaque, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Batangas). We would prefer a location deeper into the city like Taguig or Pasig but the area where Asteria Residences is located is also a fast growing area of the city and in an excellent location if you want to live or are already working in Paranaque.

Because it’s from DMCI Homes, we know that the facilities will always be excellent and always beyond what you will expect from other developers. The build quality is always great and comes with a warranty. This is a good long-term investment and also a great place to call home in the area.
