We like the location of Lumiere Residences. It’s not in a very busy area like EDSA but still close enough that you can almost walk to work if you work in Ortigas.
The property is affordable and you will love the payment options that DMCI provides and the discounts that are available. A middle income family can comfortably pay their mortgage in five to ten years, which is very good.
It’s built by DMCI which has built a brand on quality construction and resort-living properties so the facilities will always be great and improves the value of this property long-term. And you will love the Sky Patio concept!
Overall, this is a great buy for people looking for a home near their office or property investors. Probably why it’s selling out fast.
It’s off the Ortigas complex which means it’s a little further than other condos. But at the same time, it’s easier to get away from rush hour traffic if you are going to Eastwood, Makati or The Fort.
